Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the website at bookgravity.com (and its subdomains), the mobile applications "Gravity Stretching" for iOS and Android, and the classes you book through them (together, the "Service"). By booking a class you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by PT Gravity Stretching Canggu, an Indonesian limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas) with foreign capital status (PMA), registered under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Some locations shown in the Service are operated by partner studios under their own management. Where that is the case, the class itself is provided by that studio; the booking, confirmation and messaging are provided by us.

2. Booking a class

A booking is made for a specific studio, date and time, and for a stated number of people. To confirm it we ask for your name, phone number and email, and we may send a one-time code to your WhatsApp to check the number is yours. Your place is held once the booking is confirmed and you receive a ticket number.

Class sizes are limited. If a class is full, the time will not be offered to you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you confirm a booking and are per person, in the currency displayed for that studio. Payment is normally made at the studio, before or after the class, in cash or by card. Where a class pass (membership) is used, one class is deducted from the pass when the booking is confirmed and returned if the booking is cancelled in time.

4. Changes and cancellations

You can cancel or move a booking up to 2 hours before the class starts, from the message we send you or by replying to us in WhatsApp. Cancelling in time frees your place for someone else and returns a deducted class to your pass.

Later than that, we may not be able to fill the place, and a class taken from a pass may not be returned. If you do not arrive and do not tell us, the booking is recorded as a missed class.

We may cancel or move a class ourselves - for example if a trainer is unwell or too few people are booked. If that happens we tell you as early as we can, offer another time, and never charge you for the class that did not take place.

5. Your health

Gravity Stretching is a physical practice. It is not medical treatment, and nothing in the Service is medical advice. Please tell your trainer before the class about injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy, or any condition that affects how you move, so the class can be adapted for you. If you are unsure whether the practice suits you, ask your doctor first.

You take part at your own risk and are responsible for working within your own limits. Follow the trainer's instructions during class, and stop if something hurts.

6. Messages we send

After a booking we send you a confirmation with your ticket, and reminders before the class - by WhatsApp, and by email where you gave us an address. These messages are part of the service you asked for, not marketing. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any of them; you will then need to keep track of your bookings yourself.

7. Studio accounts

Staff accounts (trainers, administrators) are personal and must not be shared. Studios connecting their own WhatsApp Business account to the Service remain responsible for their account with Meta, including its billing, and may disconnect it at any time from their own settings.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to make bookings you do not intend to attend, or to interfere with its operation. We may decline or cancel a booking, and where necessary close an account, if this happens.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Parts of it depend on services we do not control, such as WhatsApp. If booking is unavailable, contact the studio directly and we will arrange your place by hand.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the class the claim relates to.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms - for example when the Service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and the version published here is the one that applies to bookings made after it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Badung Regency, Bali.
